Antica Torino takes a page out of the history books, making vermouth from what is readily available in the backyard. The aromatics are packed with fresh rosemary, bay laurel, thyme, oregano, wormwood, gentian, rhubarb and more. As for the grapes, they used white wines, including a small percentage of Moscato.
