Ca Erto (Monte Tondo) Valpolicella Ripasso 750mL

Made with the Ripasso method where the the skins of the Amarone is added after its fermentation to add body, color and alcohol to the wine. It is later aged in oak for up to 18 months. The wine is dark ruby red in color with a powerful nose and hints of spice. Ideal with pasta dishes or even grilled meats.
