This blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois come from vines planted in sandy clay and marly limestone. The grapes are carefully sorted then aged on lees for a further 12 to 18 months, to give it its complexity. Its nose is open, fresh, elegant and well pronounced, while the mouthfeel is lively and enjoyable, with fine bubbles.
