Petit Verdot is a Bordeaux variety normally used for blending adding dark color and high tannins. Many Cabernet's will have a small amount added in but here you see the purity of the grape. This offering has rich Black Raspberry, Dark Cherry and cocoa flavors with a long textured finish. 20 months in French oak barrels.
